Degineyo Flavia

Degineyo Kape Flavia is a fast upcoming artist from South Sudan. Her art journey began from an early age but diving into painting has been a self taught journey.

Degineyo trys to capture the moments we lose in a world far away from reality, a world influenced heavily by our conscience and my hope is that it will evoke an emotion to whoever views her work; whether disturbing or comforting.

Her pieces are inspired by the human state of despair, a reflection of worries, anxieties, solitude, and self-restrain, emotions which affect us all.

Her work is experimental, often cutting across realism, expressionism and symbolism.
